ANZAC Day additional services

The 2026 Melbourne Dawn Service will be held from 5.30am to 6.30am on Saturday 25 April.

V/Line will run the following additional services:

Wyndham Vale to Southern Cross
Additional train departs Wyndham Vale at 3.55am. This train will stop at Tarneit, arriving at Footscray at 4.20am. This train will continue to Southern Cross arriving at 4.31am.

Melton to Southern Cross
Additional train departs Melton at 4.00am. This train will stop at Cobblebank, Caroline Springs, Deer Park, Ardeer, arriving at Footscray at 4.30am.  This train will continue to Southern Cross arriving at 4.41am.

Passengers travelling to the Shrine of Remembrance via Anzac Station should change at Footscray Station and board a Cranbourne, Pakenham and Sunbury line service to travel direct to Anzac Station.
