Major Delay - Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo and Seymour Lines

UPDATE: 08:10

Services have resumed following an earlier police operation with delays of up to 60 minutes.

The following services have been altered:

To Southern Cross: 

The 05:57 Bendigo - Southern Cross service is delayed 24 minutes.
The 05:58 Wendouree - Southern Cross service is delayed 41 minutes.
The 06:37 Wendouree - Southern Cross service is delayed 14 minutes. 
The 06:38 Waurn Ponds - Southern Cross service is delayed 24 minutes.

From Southern Cross:

The 07:04 Southern Cross - Waurn Ponds service is delayed 55 minutes
The 07:07 Southern Cross - Albury service is is delayed 50 minutes
The 07:15 Southern Cross - Wendouree service is delayed 40 minutes
The 07:40 Southern Cross - Swan Hill service is delayed 25 minutes
The 07:50 Southern Cross - Waurn Ponds service is delayed 18 minutes 
The 07:53 Southern Cross - Ararat service is delayed 19 minutes.

General information

  • In Melbourne, coaches will arrive and depart from the Southern Cross Station coach terminal located on Spencer Street, opposite Little Bourke Street.

  • No pets allowed on replacement coaches.

  • There is limited space for bikes on V/Line trains and coach replacement services.

  • Customers needing special assistance please call 1800 800 007 before travelling.
