Major delay - Geelong line

UPDATE 19:13:

Services have resumed following an earlier trespasser at Wyndham Vale, with delays of up to 55 minutes.

The following services have been altered: 

From Southern Cross:
The 16:09 Southern Cross - Waurn Ponds service will end early at Geelong
The 16:25 Southern Cross - South Geelong service is delayed 43 minutes
The 16:31 Southern Cross - Geelong service is delayed 23 minutes
The 16:36 Southern Cross - Wyndham Vale service is delayed 16 minutes
The 16:46 Southern Cross - Waurn Ponds service is delayed 12 minutes
The 16:49 Southern Cross - South Geelong service will end early at Geelong
The 17:09 Southern Cross - Warrnambool service is delayed 23 minutes
The 18:02 Southern Cross - Waurn Ponds service is delayed 15 minutes
The 18:15 Southern Cross - Geelong service is delayed 14 minutes
The 18:34 Southern Cross - Wyndham Vale service is delayed 17 minutes

To Southern Cross: 
The 16:21 Waurn Ponds - Southern Cross service is delayed 30 minutes
The 16:48 South Geelong - Southern Cross service is delayed 29 minutes
The 17:35 Waurn Ponds - Southern Cross will orginate from Geelong
The 18:21 Waurn Ponds - Southern Cross is delayed 27 minutes
The 18:42 Waurn Ponds - Southern Cross is delayed 22 minutes

  • In Melbourne, coaches will arrive and depart from the Southern Cross Station coach terminal located on Spencer Street, opposite Little Bourke Street.

  • No pets allowed on replacement coaches.

  • There is limited space for bikes on V/Line trains and coach replacement services.

  • Customers needing special assistance please call 1800 800 007 before travelling.
