UPDATE: 08:05 Coaches are replacing trains between Wyndham Vale and Lara due to vandalism at Wyndham Vale. Passengers are advised to board a replacement coach between Wyndham Vale and Lara, with trains continuing to operate between Lara and Geelong.
The following services have been altered:
To Southern Cross: The 05:14 Waurn Ponds - Wyndham Vale service has ended early at Lara Little River and did not run to Wyndham Vale. The 05:26 Waurn Ponds - Wyndham Vale service will be impacted will no longer run to Wyndham Vale. The 05:34 Waurn Ponds - Wyndham Vale service will not run today. The 06:07 Geelong - Wyndham Vale will not run today. The 06:10 Waurn Ponds - Wyndham Vale service will now run to Lara. The 06:19 Waurn Ponds - Wyndham Vale service will not run today. The 06:40 Waurn Ponds - Wyndham Vale service will not run today. The 06:56 Marshall - Wyndham Vale service will not run today. The 07:40 Waurn Ponds - Wyndham Vale service will end early at Geelong and will no longer run to Wyndham Vale.
From Southern Cross: The 06:07 Wyndham Vale - South Geelong will originate from Little River and not from Wyndham Vale. The 07:02 Wyndham Vale - Waurn Ponds service will not run today. The 07:22 Wyndham Vale - Waurn Ponds service will not run today. The 08:03 Wyndham Vale - Waurn Ponds service will originate from Geelong and not Wyndham Vale. The 09:04 Wyndham Vale - South Geelong will originate at Geelong and not South Geelong.
We are assessing the situation and will advise when trains will resume.
In Melbourne, coaches will arrive and depart from the Southern Cross Station coach terminal located on Spencer Street, opposite Little Bourke Street.
No pets allowed on replacement coaches.
There is limited space for bikes on V/Line trains and coach replacement services.
