Bendigo Easter Festival

Bendigo Easter Festival
The Vision Australia Bendigo Easter Egg Hunt is one of the highlights of the Bendigo TAFE Bendigo Easter Festival, the city’s most popular tourist draw card.

The Easter egg hunt is one of Vision Australia’s largest individual fundraising events nationally.

It’s run by volunteers, with all proceeds going towards Vision Australia’s services to the blind and low vision community to support them to live the lives they choose.

It’s been a Bendigo Easter tradition for 16 years.

This year, Vision Australia will again host the Easter egg hunt over two fun-filled days – Good Friday and Easter Saturday, 19-20 April.

Thousands of children will enjoy one of 44 Easter egg hunts in a range of age groups, diving through bales of non-allergenic wood wool for a total of 200,000 Cadbury chocolate Easter eggs over the two days.

The hunts are conducted in a safe and joyous environment in the heart of the Bendigo Easter Festival, leafy Rosalind Park.
