Due to maintenance and upgrade works, there are service changes on the Bairnsdale Line from
Wednesday 2 to last service Sunday 6 September.
Wednesday 2 to Friday 4 September
Coaches replace trains between Bairnsdale and Traralgon. Train will run between Southern Cross and Traralgon.
Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 September
Coaches replace trains between Southern Cross, Traralgon and Bairnsdale.
A temporary timetable will be available soon.
Coaches will not stop at Flinders Street, Richmond, Clayton or Berwick stations.
Please allow an additional 60 minutes’ travel time for your journey.

General Information
- There is limited space for bikes on V/Line trains and coach replacement services.
- No pets or hot food allowed on replacement coaches.
- Customers require a valid myki or paper ticket to travel on all V/Line replacement coach services. Please touch on and touch off your myki to ensure you pay the correct fare.
- The Southern Cross Station coach terminal located on Spencer Street, opposite Little Bourke Street.
- Coaches will not stop at Clayton Station. Customers should take a Metro service to and from Dandenong.
- Coaches will not stop at Richmond Station. Customers should take a Metro service to and from Southern Cross Station or Caulfield.
