Temporary train timetable on the Ararat Line

Ballarat line
Due to track upgrade works, temporary speed restrictions will be in place on the Ararat Line from Monday 18 May to Tuesday 30 June.

Trains will run at slower than normal speeds between Ararat and Wendouree to allow the tracks to bed down.

There will be changes to some departure times so please plan ahead and check the temporary train timetable or journey planner before you travel.

Trains to the city
 
All trains to the city will depart 3 minutes earlier from Ararat and Beaufort stations.

From the city
All trains from the city will arrive 3 minutes later than usual train times.

Please note - V/Line services will operate to a Saturday timetable on Monday 8 June for the King's Birthday public holiday.
