Coaches replace trains between Ararat, Wendouree and Ballarat. Trains will run between Southern Cross and Ballarat
Sunday night 6 December – coaches replace evening trains:
From 7.30pm to last service - from Southern Cross to Wendouree and Ararat
From 8pm to last service – from Wendouree to Southern Cross
Thursday 17 and Friday 18 December
Coaches replace trains between Ararat, Wendouree and Ballarat. Trains will run between Southern Cross and Ballarat.
Coaches departing from Ararat, Beaufort and Wendouree stations will depart up to 17 minutes earlier than usual train times. Please check the temporary timetable before you travel.

V/Line annual maintenance and infrastructure works will take place from Monday 7 to Wednesday 16 December with service changes on the Ballarat, Ararat and Maryborough lines. More information available here.

• There is limited space for bikes on V/Line trains and coach replacement services.
• No pets or hot food/liquids allowed on replacement coaches.
• Customers require a valid myki or paper ticket to travel on all V/Line replacement coach services. Please touch on and touch off your myki to ensure you pay the correct fare.
• In Melbourne, coaches will arrive and depart from the Southern Cross Station coach terminal located on Spencer Street, opposite Little Bourke Street.
