Services are currently not running between Southern Cross and Westall due to a rail equipment fault at Richmond.
To Southern Cross: Passengers travelling beyond Westall can board the next departing Metro Train services to complete their journey.
To Traralgon: Passengers travelling between Southern Cross and Westall can board the next departing Metro Train services and then connect with next departing V/Line services to complete their journey.
To Bairnsdale: Passenger departing from Southern Cross can board a replacement coach between Southern Cross and Bairnsdale. Passengers travelling from Flinders Street, Richmond, Caulfield and Clayton are required to use Metro services to Westall and then board the next departing V/Line train services to complete their journey.

The 12:53 Bairnsdale - Southern Cross service will end early at Caufield.
The 15:06 Traralgon - Southern Cross service will end early at Westall.
The 15:46 Traralgon - Southern Cross service will end early at Dandenong.
The 16:26 Traralgon - Southern Cross service will end early at Dandenong.
The 17:06 Traralgon - Southern Cross service will end early at Dandenong.
The 17:46 Traralgon - Southern Cross service will end early at Westall.
The 19:09 Traralgon - Southern Cross service will end early at Westall.
The 19:49 Traralgon - Southern Cross service will end early at Westall.
From Southern Cross:
The 17:03 Southern Cross - Traralgon service will originate from Westall.
The 17:43 Southern Cross - Traralgon service will originate from Westall.
The 18:23 Southern Cross - Bairnsdale service will originate from Westall.
The 18:57 Southern Cross - Traralgon service will originate from Westall.
The 19:54 Southern Cross - Traralgon service will originate from Westall.
The 20:59 Southern Cross - Traralgon service will originate at Westall.
The 21:59 Southern Cross - Traralgon service will originate at Westall.

In Melbourne, coaches will arrive and depart from the Southern Cross Station coach terminal located on Spencer Street, opposite Little Bourke Street.

No pets allowed on replacement coaches.

There is limited space for bikes on V/Line trains and coach replacement services.
