Set up a V/Line Inform account if you're a regular traveller so we can keep you up-to-date when things don't go as planned.
Let us know where and when you usually travel and we'll let you know if there's a problem with your service via an email or SMS notifications at no cost to you.
On-the-day disruptions
We'll be in touch to let you know your train is delayed by more than 20 minutes or cancelled.
Planned disruptions
From time to time, it's not possible to run services as scheduled due to network improvement works. When we know about service changes in advance, we'll send you an email or SMS notification before the disruption. You can also find the information on our website, in the media and on Twitter.
