The Collins Street V/Line ticket office at Southern Cross Station is currently closed. Passengers needing V/Line tickets or information can use ticket office near the Coach Bay at the Bourke Street end of the station.

Youth myki card holders can now obtain a free V/Line ticket for any V/Line train or coach long distance service for travel within Victoria from 1 January 2026.

Seniors, Disability Support pension and Carers can now obtain a free V/Line ticket for weekend travel on any V/Line train or coach long distance service for travel within Victoria from 1 January 2026.
