How to apply for sponsorship

Priority for sponsorship is given to regional events.

V/Line sponsorship does not include:

A donation
Funds for capital works or equipment or to pay the salary of a project officer
Advertising or promotional opportunities.

If you are interested in V/Line advertising with your event, festival, or organisation please contact V/Line marketing on 03 9619 5900. For promotional opportunities at train stations or on our trains contact our commercial team on 03 9619 5900.

Applying for a major or minor sponsorship
We have allocated sponsorship funding for 2011-12 and are not accepting unsolicited sponsorship proposals at this time. Applications for 2012 -13 will be considered from 1 April 2012.

V/Line often contributes to the fundraising activities of local community groups and this support is normally made in the form of travel vouchers. > more info about applying for fundraising
