Types of access
Non-Disruptive Access – A minimum of 28 business days is required to process an application that has no effect on train services.
Disruptive Access - Should your access require the disruption of train services, a minimum 90 days notification is required
This includes activities such as filming photography or community events.
You will not be permitted access to V/Line land unless you hold a valid Site Access Permit (SAP). The V/Line Access Team will only issue a SAP once you have submitted an access request which has been have reviewed and approved by the access team.

Changes to fees and types of access
