On-board food and drinks

Catering is available on trains to/from:

 

·         Bairnsdale

·         Swan Hill

·         Shepparton

·         Warrnambool

 

Snacks, tea, coffee and soft drinks are available for purchase.

 

Catering is not available on V/Line coaches, including rail replacement coaches.

Alcohol

 

Alcohol is not served on any V/Line service. 

Additionally, passengers are not permitted to drink alcohol on board any V/Line service.

Bringing your own
 

Passengers are welcome to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages onto trains and coaches, but please be thoughtful towards other passengers:

·         avoid strong smelling food

·         ensure that drinks are in suitable containers to minimise risk of spillage, preferably with a screw top lid

·         ensure that children are supervised when eating/drinking and, where possible, avoid milk drinks which cause bad smells when spilled.
