We're always striving to improve our service. To gain feedback from our customers, the V/Line management team meets with customers on trains once a month. Several days later we then follow-up with an online forum (below) for those we weren't able to meet face-to-face.
The next online consultation will be held for the Traralgon line on Thursday 16 May at 12:00pm.
