We are always striving to improve our service. To gain feedback from our customers, the V/Line management team meets with commuters on peak trains once a month.

Below are a list of the proposed dates for upcoming on train consultations. Specific service information will be made available within two weeks of the consultation date.

March 13th – Seymour
April 18th – Geelong
May 15th – Traralgon
June 6th - Ararat
June 19th - Bendigo

Please note that these dates have not been finalised and are subject to change.

We are also currently working on hosting an online consultation in the coming months. Details will be posted here when they have been finalised.
