Simply register and let us know where and when you travel.

When there's a problem with your train, we'll aim to send you a message as soon as we can via email and/or SMS - at no cost to you.

In the future, the same information will appear on our website.

Two types of message

Personalised messages

Personalised messages are sent if something disrupts to your train.  These will begin with your name e.g.

"Jane, there's a 21 min delay to the 16:03 Clarkefield - Bendigo train."

Broadcast messages

If there is a major disruption, you may also receive a 'broadcast message' which is sent to all registered users who travel on that line e.g.

"Bendigo Line customers are advised that a signal failure in the metropolitan area is causing delays of up to 30 mins. Peak sevices in both directions will be affected."

Because broadcast messages are sent to all customers registered on a particular line, it’s possible that you’ll get a message about a train you don’t travel on. We’re working on improvements now, which will allow us to target this type of message more specifically.

Online Help

Creating and maintaining your account is fairly self-explanitory. However, weve created online help (new window) if you get stuck.
