The instructions below explain how to use V/Line Inform.

or click a ‘Create an account’ link on the
V/Line Inform homepage:

If you have any issues seeing the code (e.g. due to vision
problems) please
contact us and we will call you back to
set up your account.



Log in to your account
Log into your account to update your journeys, contact
details, how we contact you, mobile number etc.)
Click the “Log in” link on the V/Line Inform homepage or directly via
vline.com.au/login
If you forget your log in details,
see below!
Temporarily stop messages
Visit vline.com.au/login
and log into your account.
Once
you’re logged in, click the ‘How we contact you’ button then ‘untick’ both SMS
and options:

One you’re ready to receive messages again, log back in
and reselect SMS and/or Email.
Forgotten log in details
If you forget your log in details (username and/or
password) – don’t worry.
Simply click the ‘Forgotten log in details?’ link at the
bottom of the ‘Log in to your account’ page.
Enter your username or an email address you used when you
first registered. If you have more than one email address, try one at a time.
The system will ask you to answer your secret question.
When you do, you can reset your password.
If all else fails and you can’t get
access, please contact us.
Update / amend your account
If you want to amend any of your contact or journey
details, log in and use these buttons:
