Why does secure payment open in a new window?

 

V/Line uses a third party payment provider – Cardgate – to process payments for tickets purchased online.

 

By using Cardgate, your credit card details are not stored by (or even known by) V/Line.

 

Due to security concerns with some browsers, we cannot open the secure Cardgate page within our website.  We need to open it in a new window.

 

Payment on Cardgate is encrypted, to protect your credit card details.

 

 

Pop-Up Blocker

 

You may have some issues if you have a ‘Pop-Up Blocker’ installed on your computer – either in your browser or using third party software.
