Online Ticket Sales
24 hours required to process purchases
For all
online ticket purchases, we require up to 24 hours to process your ticket(s).
We are
working to further automate our systems, with a view to removing this
restriction. Until this happens, all tickets need to be processed manually,
which may take up to 24 hours.
We make an
allowance for this processing time when restricting options:
Express Post: must be purchased at least 5 days before departure
(24 hours processing + 4 days post)
Registered Post / Ordinary Post: must be purchased at least 7
days before departure (24 hours processing + 6 days post)
Pick up: only available to customers departing more than 24 hours
from the time of purchase.
Pick up
If you
select ‘Pick up’, it is important that you do not
attempt to pick up your tickets until we contact you with your ticket
reference number. This is not the number included with your automatic
purchase receipt, sent immediately after you make a purchase.
If you have not heard from us within 24 hours, it may be that your email
address was not correct (or the email has not been delivered successfully).
