Netball Victoria
V/Line became a major sponsor and partner of Netball Victoria in 2008.

We are the naming rights partner to Netball Victoria's State Netball Titles. This year the State Titles will be held 8-9 October at the State Netball Hockey Centre in Parkville.

The tournament hosts young regional Victorian netballers to compete in open, 17 and under, 15 and under, and H-grade (netballers with a disability) divisions.

Netballers represent their regions in the tournament which first began in 1995. It has grown to become an elite competition where players can become involved in representative netball and the elite level.

V/Line is also naming rights sponsor of the V/Line State Distinction Awards. The awards recognise outstanding volunteer service to netball in areas of administration, coaching or umpiring and give recognition to those who give their time and effort to develop the game across all levels. In 2011 the State Distinction Awards will be presented at the Netball Victoria Gala Awards nights on Saturday 12 November.

V/Line Life TrainingIn 2009 V/Line for the first time partnered with Netball Victoria to deliver V /Line Life Training . This program educates regional teenagers of the risks associated with binge drinking, depression, body image and self esteem issues, and taking illegal drugs.
