Network application

* Notice of Upcoming Changes to how Applications for Access can be made *
V/Line is pleased to announce that a new online version of the Access Application Form will be introduced in the coming weeks.

The new system will be accessible to applicants so that they can apply for permission to access the V/Line network to undertake third party or Regional Rail Link associated works. The new online form will be accessible from this page.

The current PDF version of the application forms will still be made available until the 30th June 2013. After this date all applications will be required to be lodged via the online system.
