number of frequently asked questions (FAQs), which are split into four
categories:

>> information about all aspects of fares & ticketing
e.g. how much your journey will cost, peak versus off‑peak, ticket conditions,
where to buy, eligibility for concession tickets etc.

Travelling with V/Line
>> information about all aspects of travelling on our
services e.g. carriage of bikes, how much luggage can you can carry,
wheelchair access etc.

Website
>> information about the V/Line website, including
current known issues, supported web browsers, how to use the site etc.
·
Vacancies
>> information about working for V/Line, the
application process etc.

Our
‘Search’ facility (at the top right hand side of this page) can also be used to
find information on this website.
