Customers are entitled to carry two
items of luggage, not exceeding 20 kg each. If you want to check-in luggage you
need to do so at least 20 minutes before departure.
Bicycles, surfboards etc, can be carried
on nominated train and coach services when space is available. Phone 136 196
to check availability and packing requirements.
Animals are not permitted on any V/Line service, except guide dogs, hearing
guide dogs and guide dogs in training.
